System Features

• Dual steering point design incorporating slanted drill bit and 2° bent sub provides more responsive steering capabilities while transitioning in and out of rock formations.
• High frequency hammer cycle transmits less vibration that can be detrimental to sensitive electronics. Rock formations fracture into smaller pieces which are easier to flush out of the bore hole. Less stress transmited to drill pipe and tool joints. Provides the most effective steering in any pneumatically powered HDD system.
• High pressure/high volume compressed air powers drilling operations and requires minimal torque and feed pressure loads on drill machine increasing overall life of drill.
• Shorter body design compared to competitive models allows for easier steering in the bore hole and less rotational stresses on hammer body.
• Existing locating electronics (DCI, Sub SITE, or WIRELINE) can be used.
• Support Station delivers compressed air mixed with a water/polymer (3-5 gal/min) and rock drill oil (2-4 pints/hr) to operate the drilling cycle resulting in minimal environmentally friendly clean up. Can be used on environmentally sensitive locations using biodegradable rock drill oils.

1	Complete Hammer: Pneumatic DTH hammer designed with Mincon's proven "High Frequency" piston cycle, 2° Bent sub, Sonde Housing with 2 3/8" A.P.I. Reg pin connection.
2	Sonde Carriage: Equiped with sonde locating key and sonde stabilization springs the carriage provides excellent protection to sonde locating device during drilling operations.
3	4 x Safety Whip Checks To prevent serious injury due to hose or coupling failure. whip check connected between the compressor and air hose, air supply hose and support station, support station and air delivery hose, and air delivery hose and drill machine. Install in the fully extended position (no slack) for proper safety assurance.
4	20 Foot High Pressure Air Hose: 1000 PSI (68.9 bar) rated air hose with wing nut hammer on couplings.
5	30 Foot High Pressure Air Hose 1000 PSI (68.9 bar) rated air hose with wing nut hammer on couplings.
6	40 Foot Clear Water Supply Hose Connection from water tank to support station with 3/4" male camlocks at each end.
7	Support Station Central hub of the system that recieves and delivers compressed air to the drill machine, provides lubrication (pneumatic rock drill oil) to the HDD hammer and delivers water/polymer to aid in hole cleaning and stabilization.
8	TriLite Valve Controller with Connectors One Touch OPEN-CLOSED or Manual Valve Regulation of compressed air entering Support Station.
9	2 x HDD50 Slant Drill Bit Robust 55° face slant for steering, top quality heat treated steel and premium tugsten carbide buttons and wear pads to provide excellent performance and longevity.
10	Sonde Alignment Tool Aligns the sonde carriage into the 6 O clock position with the bent sub locating pin.
11	Sonde Torque Wrench Ensures both ends of the sonde carriage are torqued down to protect the sonde device from damage.
12	4 x air couplers Hose couplers to connect compressor, support station and drill machine together. 2 x Female Spud (NPT female x wing nut male) and 2 x Male Spud (NPT male x wing nut male).
